Bree Cook

I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 8 years in the fitness industry, teaching Les Mills Body Pump and RPM and more recently, Infinite Cycle Peloton. I love the energy and comradery that comes with group fitness classes and seeing people get fitter and stronger with each class. I aim to make every class challenging, safe and fun for everyone (warning, there may be some bad jokes and singing). I will push you to your limits, but I guarantee you will leave smiling and on a high. My participants describe my cycle classes as ‘intense’, ‘hard’, ‘fun’, ‘motivating’, ‘challenging’ and ‘engaging’.
