Katy MacKay

Katy is a certified personal trainer who has been teaching high energy spin classes for 8 years. Katy injects a huge amount of pizzazz and energy into the spin room and likes to have a laugh with her riders. Her favourite spin tracks have a deep driving beat and lots of crescendos to tackle hills and explosive sprints. Katy is finishing her masters physio degree and loves cooking exotic feasts at home – all the more fuel for the ride!
